bed bugs
the real issue arose because i discovered bedbugs in my room , specifically in the bed. this led to a lower score for cleanliness , which is really frustrating , especially after a long day of travelling. the hotel staff responded quickly , apparently replacing the mattresses and cleaning the rooms thoroughly using chemicals , a strong scent lingered afterwards.

This location is close to major sights. The colosseum is near. the front desk staff was enchanting and helpful with reservations. they spoke multiple languages. the rooftop terrace was beautiful and great for downtime.
the walls seemed thin.

breakfast was substantial.. it included croissants, coffee, broiled egg, juice, ham, cheese, yogurt, and jams. the breakfast provided a good start to the day with various options.
