small elevator bed bugs
the elevator was far too small , it barely fit two people , and that's not an exaggeration. the real issue arose because i discovered bedbugs in my room , specifically in the bed. this led to a lower score for cleanliness , which is really frustrating , especially after a long day of travelling. the hotel staff responded quickly , apparently replacing the mattresses and cleaning the rooms thoroughly using chemicals , a strong scent lingered afterwards.

enchanting staff helpful suggestion rooftop terrace prime location
This location is close to major sights. The colosseum is near. the front desk staff was enchanting and helpful with reservations. they spoke multiple languages. the rooftop terrace was beautiful and great for downtime.
